You agree to be added to a distribution list and give permission for my contact information (including phone number and email address) to be shared with potential customers. I also consent to being contacted directly by customers via phone calls, emails, or text messages to discuss availability, pricing, and details for potential work opportunities.

Independent Contractor Status: By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of the company or coordinator maintaining the distribution list. I am solely responsible for my own tax obligations, insurance, licenses, and any applicable legal requirements.

No Guarantee of Work: Inclusion on the distribution list does not guarantee any job offers, income, or work opportunities. All work arrangements, including scope, pricing, and scheduling, are to be negotiated directly between the laborer and the customer.

Responsibility for Safety: I understand that I am solely responsible for ensuring my own safety while performing any work obtained through contacts made via the distribution list. It is my responsibility to comply with all relevant safety standards, local laws, and job site requirements.

Liability Waiver: The company or coordinator managing the distribution list is not responsible for any damages, injuries, disputes, or losses arising from work performed or communications between laborers and customers. All transactions and agreements are strictly between the laborer and the customer.

Right to Remove: I understand that the company or coordinator reserves the right to remove any laborer from the distribution list at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to complaints from customers, safety concerns, or failure to comply with local laws or this agreement.
